For maximum effectivity all our tutoring sessions are one-to-one. This allows the tutor to spend the time necessary explaining concepts the learner find difficult in order for them to fully grasp and attain mastery of the skills they require.

Tutors SA’s philosophy not to just provide learners with answers but rather to help them understand the concepts behind what they are working on. This empowers learners to solve problems and reach the correct answers on their own.

As soon as the tutoring sessions are finalized we will send you our best tutor’s contact details and vice versa. The tutor will then contact you and introduce themselves.

If things aren’t going as well as it did or you just want a change of tutor, contact us at info@tutorssa.co.za and we will assign you a new one within 48 hours.

We at Tutors SA go to great lengths to ensure that our tutors are not only passionate about their respective fields but also about sharing this passion with their learners. Our tutors explain difficult concepts in an easy to understand way, removing the frustration so that the love of learning can grow. We inspire excellence, in our tutors and learners.

Your first tutoring session will serve as a “try out” of the tutor we picked for you. If for any reason you do not get along with them or feel you want a different one we will replace them within 48 hours. Once you are happy with your tutor the subsequent tutoring sessions will be with the same tutor.

If you want to reschedule a session please contact the tutor a minimum of 24 hours before the previously arranged time. They will then set a new time that with you that will better suite your schedule.

You can simply arrange suitable times with your respective tutor and we will add the extra sessions to your invoice for the next month’s package.
